Gene Kim is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a partner at Keystone, Gene is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments as well as the financial analysis and underwriting of all commercial property types. Gene has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1998.

Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Gene was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Transwestern Commercial Services, both located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Gene earned an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a master's degree in Business from Arizona State University.
