Harold Sims

Closing Manager

Harold Sims is the loan closing coordinator with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the management and oversight for all loan transaction closings. Harold has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1991.

Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Harold was a loan relationship specialist with Alliance Bank of Arizona. Before starting his career in the commercial finance industry Harold spent 9 years in the U.S. Air Force.
