Leighton Fisk

Transaction Manager

Leighton Fisk has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 1986 when he started his career with CB Commercial specializing in high technology, industrial and office facilities. He then received his Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. With a regional developer, Mr. Fisk developed as a principal over 1 million square feet of retail and office space and was responsible for the asset management of properties developed.

In 1995 Mr. Fisk joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. to provide corporate real estate services to a variety of large corporations, including Fleming Companies, Phelps Dodge and Amerco (U-Haul), to name a few. In this capacity, he performed retail, office and industrial development, acquisitions, dispositions and management in markets across the U.S.

During his career, Mr. Fisk has performed approximately $2 billion of transactions on industrial, office and retail properties totaling over 30 million square feet in primary, secondary and tertiary markets across the U.S., in Canada and in Europe. His broad experiential base of commercial real estate knowledge allows him to add significant value to clients. Mr. Fisk acts as transaction manager for Keystone Commercial Capital to oversee and ensure timely execution of loan transactions to the benefit of the company's clients and lenders.
