Phil Lake

Analyst

Phil Lake is a commercial real estate analyst with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of all commercial property types.

Prior to joining Keystone, Phil worked in various capacities in real estate development in and around the Chicagoland area for Focus Development as well as in various roles for Equity Lifestyle Properties, a prominent national manufactured housing REIT based in Chicago.

Phil earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture and his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
