Partner / Mortgage Banker

Ryan Nelson is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a partner at Keystone, Ryan is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Ryan has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 2000.

Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Ryan was a Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined GMAC when the company purchased Keystone Mortgage Partners in 2001, a private mortgage banking company where Ryan was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst since 2000.

Ryan earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is an active member of various industry groups such as MBA and MMHA. Ryan is a licensed real estate agent in California and Massachusetts.
