Jeremy Hammill is a commercial real estate analyst with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of all commercial property types. Jeremy has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 2004.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Jeremy was a commercial real estate analyst for Capmark Finance Inc., formally known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jeremy earned his undergraduate degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
Brian Wylie is a commercial real estate analyst with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting for all commercial real estate property types. Brian started his career in the commercial real estate finance industry in 2008 upon joining Keystone.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Brian attended Rowan University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance.
Anthony Golebiewski is a commercial real estate analyst with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting for all commercial real estate property types. Anthony started his career in the commercial real estate finance industry in 2009 upon joining Keystone.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Anthony attended Bentley University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance with a minor in Law.
Brian Mann is a commercial real estate analyst with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of all commercial property types. Brian has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 2005.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Brian was a commercial real estate analyst for Capmark Finance Inc., formally known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, in Phoenix, Arizona and IMH Real Estate Financiers in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Iowa State University.
Harold Sims is the loan closing coordinator with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for the management and oversight for all loan transaction closings. Harold has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1991.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Harold was a loan relationship specialist with Alliance Bank of Arizona. Before starting his career in the commercial finance industry Harold spent 9 years in the U.S. AirForce.
Stefanie vanBeekum is the Servicing Manager for Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for all borrower and lender requests and inquiries with regards to Keystone’s loan servicing portfolio as well as management and oversight of the annual property inspection and year end financial analysis requirements.
Prior to joining Keystone Commercial Capital, Stefanie owned and managed several independent businesses in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jeff Wisehart is the General Manager with Keystone Commercial Capital and is responsible for Business Management, Operations and Financial support.
Prior to working at Keystone Commercial Capital, Jeff was in charge of Business Management and Financial Operations in the Financial Services Industry.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA.
