Bios
Scott Holland is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a managing partner of Keystone, Scott is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Scott has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1991. He has worked as both a lender with a life insurance company and credit company as well as representing numerous life insurance companies, pension funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in financing commercial real estate projects.
Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined GMAC when the company purchased Keystone Mortgage Partners in 2001, a private mortgage banking company where Scott was a Commercial Mortgage Banker since 1998.
Scott earned an undergraduate degree in Finance from Arizona State University and is an active member of various industry groups such as NAIOP and MBA. Scott is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.
Charlie Williams is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a managing partner of Keystone, Charlie is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. In addition to financing office, retail, industrial and multi-family assets, Charlie has specific expertise with regards to Manufactured Housing developments, having been an owner and leading financial advisor within this industry during the last 20+ years.
Charlie began his career in the commercial real estate finance industry in 1982 upon starting his first commercial mortgage company, Nationwide Mortgage. After operating Nationwide for a number of years, Charlie joined forces with another partner and formed Keystone Capital Group in 1992. This company was sold to and subsequently reacquired from ContiFinancial in 1998/1999 and reemerged as Keystone Mortgage Partners. In 2001, Keystone Mortgage Partners sold itself to GMAC Commercial Mortgage which itself was acquired and renamed Capmark Finance Inc. Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Charlie was a Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.
Charlie is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and California, and an active member of various industry groups such as MHI and MBA.
Jim Cooper is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a partner at Keystone, Jim is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Jim has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1992 working initially as a real estate broker specializing on multi-family assets. In 1998, Jim transitioned to the commercial mortgage banking industry financing all types of commercial and multi-family institutional quality assets.
Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Jim was a Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to GMAC, Jim was the Senior Vice President at Northland Financial and Vice President at Rand Commercial Brokers.
Jim earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and is an active member of various industry groups such as MBA, ICSC and ULI. Jim is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona.
Jon Krieger is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a partner at Keystone, Jon is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Jon has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1976 and has worked as both a lender as well as representing numerous life insurance companies, pension funds, investment banks and other financial institutions in financing commercial real estate projects.
Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Jon was a Senior Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined GMAC in 2001 as the Branch Manager after working many years as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager for NorthMarq Capital in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jon earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Iowa State University and a masters degree in Agribusiness from Arizona State University. Jon is an active member of various industry groups such as MBA and ULI and a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.
Ryan Nelson is a founder and Principal of Keystone Commercial Capital. In addition to being a partner at Keystone, Ryan is a Commercial Mortgage Banker responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Ryan has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 2000.
Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Ryan was a Vice President at Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined GMAC when the company purchased Keystone Mortgage Partners in 2001, a private mortgage banking company where Ryan was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst since 2000.

Gene has been in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1998.
Prior to forming Keystone Commercial Capital, Gene was a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for Capmark Finance Inc., formerly known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Transwestern Commercial Services, both located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Gene earned an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a masters degree in Business from Arizona State University.
Britt White is a Commercial Mortgage Banker with Keystone Commercial Capital and responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types. Britt has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1985.
Prior to joining Keystone Commercial Capital, Britt spent 5 years as a Commercial Mortgage Banker at NorthMarq Capital in Phoenix, Arizona, in addition to working 18 years as a Commercial Real Estate Property Tax Advisor with Atlantis Tax Management in Texas.
