Keystone serves as a correspondent for 23 leading life insurance companies in addition to maintaining key relationships with banks, CMBS/conduits and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD through a correspondent relationship with Walker & Dunlop.

Loan Servicing
Keystone provides full loan servicing administration after closing on the majority of the loans we originate on behalf of our life insurance company lending partners. This post-close servicing administration assures that Keystone's borrower clients receive the attention and service they require for any post-close servicing need throughout the life of the loan. Due to our lender relationships, Keystone's borrower clients aren't just considered a loan number but remain valued clients. Our lender partners, in turn, benefit from Keystone's on the ground market expertise and the strength of our relationship with our borrower clients.
Notes Sales
Positioned as a trusted advisor to both our real estate owning clients and lending partners, Keystone is in a unique position to add value to our lending partners looking to dispose of performing and non-performing loans. Keystone does not offer a highly public and widely marketed auction for a lender in the sale of their note. What we do offer is a quick, efficient and discrete disposition to a buyer willing to pay a market price but who simply wants to avoid the chaos and sharp elbows of a widely marketed sale.
